Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sahaayak (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Sahaayak is a software-as-a-service product operated by Aakash Sinha (sole proprietor), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Service provides invoicing, proposal generation, and related business tools for freelancers and small businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts under Indian law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person should not maintain multiple accounts

• Sahaayak offers Free and Paid subscription plans
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• 18% GST will be added to all paid subscriptions for Indian users
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Subscription continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate fraudulent invoices or proposals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload malicious code or content that violates intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (invoices, proposals, client data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Sahaayak a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Aakash Sinha and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• You may request data export within 30 days of termination

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahaayak and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
