Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Sahaayak, we want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains our refund terms.

2. Free Tier

  • Sahaayak offers a Free tier with limited features
  • Try the Service for free before subscribing
  • No credit card required for the Free tier

3. Monthly Subscription Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we offer a full refund
  • Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case
  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions beyond the 7-day window are not typically issued, as the subscription provides month-to-month access

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

  • If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you receive a full refund
  • Cancellations after 30 days: pro-rated refund of unused months minus a ₹500 processing fee
  • Cancellations in the final month of annual term: no refund (service continues until end of term)

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Reason for refund
  • Date of subscription

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay)
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
  • For UPI/Wallet payments, refunds may be faster (1–3 days)

7. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription fees for usage beyond the refund window
  • One-time purchases (templates, add-ons) after download
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (your internet, third-party outages)

8. Pro-rated Refunds

  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refunds available as described in Section 4

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was incorrect, contact sinha.aakash.95@gmail.com. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.
